Remove from heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If desired, add a little more salt and pepper to macaroni/Mozzarella mix. Spoon 1/3 of can of tomatoes into a well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix the remaining tomatoes with spices. Stir in the macaroni, combine well, and pour into an oven-proof casserole dish. Drain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grease a 2 quart baking dish generously with butter. Spoon in a layer of cooked elbows. Place 1/2 pats of butter evenly spaced over the top of this layer. Salt the top of the layer, and then top with a layer of cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Starting with more &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;macaroni&lt;/span&gt;, repeat layers several times, ending with a generous amount of cheese. If you have no food processor, use a hand grater to grate the cheese, onion, and bread crumbs.&lt;br /&gt;There is no need to wash the food processor bowl between ingredient changes for this recipe.&lt;br /&gt;Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain.&lt;br /&gt;Using the metal blade of the food processor, process fresh bread (with the crusts removed) to make 1 cup, about 4 or 5 slices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fit food processor with a grating disk. Grate the onion, then grate the cheese. Cheese grates more easily if frozen for 10 minutes (no longer).&lt;br /&gt;Combine all ingredients (remove blade and mix right in the processor bowl using a rubber spatula).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Transfer mixture into a casserole or 9x5x3-inch loaf pan that has been wiped or sprayed with oil. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir to a roux (paste). Take the roux of the heat and gradually add milk stirring all the time so not to go lumpy. Put pan back on a high heat and stir until sauce has thickened. Remove once again from heat and add Cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese has melted. Drain &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Macaroni &lt;/span&gt;and put into a casserole dish. Pour the cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with the Red Leicester Cheese.&lt;br /&gt;Place under a hot&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; grill &lt;/span&gt;and wait until the cheese has turned brown.&lt;br /&gt;Remove and eat when slightly cooled. Microwave 30 seconds or until very warm (105 degrees), and stir to be sure sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle on the yeast and set aside for 5 minutes, until foamy.&lt;br /&gt;Meantime, chop half the rosemary very fine, mix with additional ¼ cup water and microwave 1 minute or until water is very hot but not boiling. Add garlic and sweat it for about 5 minutes. Be sure the garlic doesn't brown. Add the marsala wine and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients for the sauce and whisk until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bring mixture to a simmer and keep it there for 10 minutes or until it's thick. Cover sauce and remove from heat. Cook past following directions on the package (7-9 minutes in boiling water). You want the pasta tender, but not mush (al dente). Strain pasta and set it aside when it's done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pound the thick end of your chicken breast a bit with a kitchen mallet to make them a uniform thickness. Rub chicken with olive oil, then sprinkle on a bit of salt and pepper. Spear the shrimp on skewers (6 per skewer should work fine), then rub them with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Grill chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side. When chicken is done, slice each breast into strips.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Build each dish in a large shallow baking dish. Or you can use a 9 inch glass or ceramic pie plate. Load 3 cups of pasta into each baking dish. Add one quarter of the&lt;br /&gt;chicken, 3 shrimp, and 2 tbls of prosciutto onto each serving. Spoon 3/4 of a cup of gratinata sauce on each serving and toss to coat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine 3 tbls of grated Parmesan cheese with 1 1/2 tsp paprika, then sprinkle about 1 tbls of this mixture over the top of each serving. Bake the dishes for 10-12 minutes, or until tops begin to brown. Wash spinach and remove stems before drying leaves between paper towels. Set aside. Spread pine nuts over bottom of sheet pan and place pan in oven on top rack. Roast until golden brown, approximately 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Peel and devein shrimp. Set aside. Wash and slice fresh mushrooms. Set aside. Boil pasta in large pot of water to al dente stage according to directions on package. Set Aside. Prepare lemon&lt;br /&gt;butter sauce: Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saut? shallots and garlic until translucent. Add white wine and reduce slightly more than 1/2, whisking occasionally.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add cream and reduce by 1/2. Add lemon juice and reduce by 1/2. Add white pepper. Reduce heat to low. Add remaining butter 2 tablespoons at a time, whisking continuously after each addition to completely incorporate butter. Continue to simmer, whisking until sauce just coats spoon. In large skillet over medium-high heat melt the 4 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and saut? until garlic is translucent. Stir in mushrooms, shrimp, and pine nuts. Saut? several minutes or until shrimp are done and show color. Remove skillet from heat and gently stir in spinach. Place warm pasta on plate with shrimp mixture to the side.  * 4 ounces lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;  * 2 ounces white wine&lt;br /&gt;  * 4 ounces heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;  * 1 lb butter&lt;br /&gt;  * 6 (3-4 ounce)  chicken breasts, pounded thin&lt;br /&gt;  * oil, for sauteing chicken&lt;br /&gt;  * butter, for sauteing chicken&lt;br /&gt;  * 1/2-3/4 cup flour, seasoned with&lt;br /&gt;  * and pepper, for dredging&lt;br /&gt;  * 6 ounces pancetta, cooked&lt;br /&gt;  * 12 ounces mushrooms, sliced&lt;br /&gt; Add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add the shrimp and saute about 30 seconds or until the shrimp is just half cooked. Add the wine and, using a wooden spoon, stir to loosen any brown bits on the bottom of the pan. Let cook 2 minutes, stirring, to finish cooking the shrimp and reduce the liquid. Remove the shrimp to a warm plate and cover with foil. Add the heavy cream to the pan and let cook 3 minutes to reduce. Stir in the lemon juice. Remove the pan from the heat and add the remaining chilled butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring in the next piece after the one before it has just melted. Season with the salt and pepper and stir in the bread crumbs. Return the pan to the heat, add the spinach and cook, stirring, 1-1/2 minutes or just until the spinach has wilted. The solution should be reduced to 1/3rd. Simmer the flame and add cream and mix slowly until the solution thickens. This would take around 3 to 4 minutes. Add butter and mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Remove from the flame and keep it aside.&lt;br /&gt;In a thick-bottomed pan, add cooking oil and butter and heat on a low flame. Sieve pepper, salt and the flour. Dredge the chicken in the flour and sauté in the pan, flipping both sides until it become medium brown and is also thoroughly cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan. Bring to a boil and reduce by one-third. Add cream and simmer until mixture thickens (3 to 4 minutes). Slowly add butter until completely incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and keep warm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;To make chicken and pasta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook pasta and drain.
