Macaroni Grill Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
Try this macaroni grill of chicken and mushroom .....a must try one !

Macaroni Grill Ingredients
  • 2 ounces white wine
  • 4 ounces lemon juice
  • 4 ounces cream
  • 1 slab of butter

Macaroni Grill Ingredients
  • 3 ounces of sliced boneless chicken
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 ounces mushroom, sliced
  • 1-pound pasta, cooked
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper for taste, and chopped parsley for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS
First of all make the lemon sauce by heating lemon juice and white wine over a medium flame. The best result  is to reduced to 1/3rd. Simmer the flame and add cream and mix slowly until the solution thickens. Time is  around 3 to 4 minutes. And then add butter and mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Remove from the flame and keep it aside.
In a thick-bottomed pan, add cooking oil and butter and heat on a low flame. Sieve pepper, salt and the flour. Dredge the chicken in the flour and sauté in the pan, flipping both sides until it become medium brown and is also thoroughly cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan. Now add the chopped mushrooms and sauté till they are cooked. Add chicken to the mushroom and pour the lemon sauce over it. Mix well.

In a wide-mouth vessel place the cooked pasta and add the mixture of lemon sauce and chicken mushroom. Using a flat spoon slowly blend well. You can garnish the pasta with parsley...hmmm...nice tarte of macaroni grill chicken and mushroom...enjoy it !

SOULFUL MACARONI GRILL AND CHEESE
A nice Macaroni grill recipes to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups whole milk (lowfat milk alters the texture!)
  • paprika
MACARONI GRILL INSTRUCTIONS
First of all prepare macaroni as directed on box. Do not overcook. Drain macaroni and put back into pot it was boiled in (saves on cleanup!)

And then add all ingredients EXCEPT MILK. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Add enough milk to cover mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 400 for 45 mins or until bubbly. The Macaroni grill recipes is ready to serve..enjoy it !

Macaroni and Cheese with Tomato

MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INGREDIENTS

* 1 or 2 regular sized boxes of "mac and cheese" (subh as Kraft Cheese and Macaroni, using regular macaroni noodles or mini shell noodles)
* 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
* 1 sliced or chopped onion, sauteed
* Sliced celery, sauteed
* olive oil
* shredded cheddar cheese
* ground black pepper to taste

MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Completely cook and prepare the prepackaged box of macaroni and cheese according to the directions on the box.
Firsr of all sautee the chopped or sliced onion and the sliced celery in olive oil. And then add to the pot of macaroni and cheese.
Next Add can (drained) of diced tomatoes to the pot of macaroni and cheese.
Add ground black pepper and shredded cheddar cheese and stir. Let simmer until everything is warm. Then serve and enjoy! Nice !
