Macaroni Grill Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
Try this macaroni grill of chicken and mushroom .....a must try one !

Macaroni Grill Ingredients
  • 2 ounces white wine
  • 4 ounces lemon juice
  • 4 ounces cream
  • 1 slab of butter

Macaroni Grill Ingredients
  • 3 ounces of sliced boneless chicken
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 ounces mushroom, sliced
  • 1-pound pasta, cooked
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper for taste, and chopped parsley for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS
First of all make the lemon sauce by heating lemon juice and white wine over a medium flame. The best result  is to reduced to 1/3rd. Simmer the flame and add cream and mix slowly until the solution thickens. Time is  around 3 to 4 minutes. And then add butter and mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Remove from the flame and keep it aside.
In a thick-bottomed pan, add cooking oil and butter and heat on a low flame. Sieve pepper, salt and the flour. Dredge the chicken in the flour and sauté in the pan, flipping both sides until it become medium brown and is also thoroughly cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan. Now add the chopped mushrooms and sauté till they are cooked. Add chicken to the mushroom and pour the lemon sauce over it. Mix well.

In a wide-mouth vessel place the cooked pasta and add the mixture of lemon sauce and chicken mushroom. Using a flat spoon slowly blend well. You can garnish the pasta with parsley...hmmm...nice tarte of macaroni grill chicken and mushroom...enjoy it !

SOULFUL MACARONI GRILL AND CHEESE

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups whole milk (lowfat milk alters the texture!)
  • paprika
MACARONI GRILL INSTRUCTIONS
First of all prepare macaroni as directed on box. Do not overcook. Drain macaroni and put back into pot it was boiled in (saves on cleanup!)

And then add all ingredients EXCEPT MILK. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Add enough milk to cover mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 400 for 45 mins or until bubbly. The Macaroni grill recipes is ready to serve..enjoy it !

MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INGREDIENTS

* 1 or 2 regular sized boxes of "mac and cheese" (subh as Kraft Cheese and Macaroni, using regular macaroni noodles or mini shell noodles)
* 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
* 1 sliced or chopped onion, sauteed
* Sliced celery, sauteed
* olive oil
* shredded cheddar cheese
* ground black pepper to taste

MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Completely cook and prepare the prepackaged box of macaroni and cheese according to the directions on the box.
Firsr of all sautee the chopped or sliced onion and the sliced celery in olive oil. And then add to the pot of macaroni and cheese.
Next Add can (drained) of diced tomatoes to the pot of macaroni and cheese.
Add ground black pepper and shredded cheddar cheese and stir. Let simmer until everything is warm. Then serve and enjoy! Nice !

MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INGREDIENTS

Gratinata Sauce:
  • 2 Teaspoon Butter
  • 2 Teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 cup marsala wine
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 cups heavy cream
MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Saute butter, garlic , and rosemary until garlic begins to brown.
Add marsala wine and reduce by one−third. Add remaining ingredients
and reduce by half of original volume. Set aside:

Penne Rustica:
  • 1 Ounce pancetta or bacon
  • 18 each shrimp peeled and devained
  • 12 Ounce grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 4.5 cups of granita sauce
  • 48 Ounce Penne Pasta, precooked
  • 3 Teaspoon pimentos
  • 6 Ounce butter
  • 1 Teaspoon chopped shallots
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Saute pancette until begins to brown. Add butter, shallots, and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are evenly pick but still translucent. Add chicken, salt, Pepper, and mix thoroughly. Add granita sauce and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and simmer until sauce thickens. In a large bowl, combine shrimp and chicken mixture with precooked pasta. Place this mixture into single serving dishes
or one large casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and pimentos and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 475 for 10−15 minutes. Remove and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig. And the macaroni grill Penne Rustica is ready to serve for six.....great taste of macaroni. Enjoy !

MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INGREDIENTS

* 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
* 1 cup warm water
* 3 tbs olive oil
* 1/4 tsp sugar
* 2 1/2 cups flour
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* 1 tbs rose

MACARONI GRILL RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium/large bowl, mix yeast with warm water. Wait five minutes.
Add the sugar, flour, salt and oil. Knead, knead, knead!!
Add the herbs and pepper. Knead into dough until blended.
Place dough in an oiled bowl to rise for about an hour. After one hour, punch dough down and let rise for another 30 minutes or so.
Bake at 370* for about 25-35 minutes, or until top is golden.

MAMA MARONI'S MACARONI AND CHEESE
An amazing macaroni grill recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. package (spiral ribbed macaroni)
  • 1 lb. medium/sharp yellow cheddar cheese block, cut into small pieces - about 1/4 in. sq.
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 pkg. shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/4 Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • dried bread crumbs - about 1 1/2 cups
  • salt & pepper
MACARONI GRILL INSTRUCTIONS
This would make a nice side dish to a baked ham or kielbasa for a large dinner, or be perfect as a main course alone with a light salad or vegetable.

First of all Cook macaroni according to package - about 11 minutes, and preheat oven to 350F.

And then While macaroni is cooking, melt 1 stick butter in frying pan. Add melted butter to breadcrumbs in a 2 cup glass measuring cup or bowl.

Next is to Stir and pack so that all crumbs are evenly coated and absorbed.

Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter in the same pan and add chopped onions. Cook and stir on medium/low heat until translucent and just beginning to brown.

Drain macaroni and return to cooking pot. Add shredded Mozzarella, salt and pepper and stir to coat pasta.

Add chopped cheddar to sauteed onions in pan, and top with the milk. Stir over medium heat until cheese starts to melt. Sprinkle a couple handfuls of the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar and stir until chunks of cheese are pretty small, but not completely melted. Remove from heat.

If desired, add a little more salt and pepper to macaroni/Mozzarella mix. Pour sauce over and stir until well mixed.

Butter 1 or 2 large baking/casserole dishes.
Pour macaroni and cheese mixture into pan (s) and smooth.
Sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs around edges of pan, but not too far into the center.
In a diagonal design sprinkle lines of remaining shredded Monterey jack and cheddar over casserole.
Bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes. The macaroni grill recipe is ready...nice one !

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 quarts tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Spoon 1/3 of can of tomatoes into a well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix the remaining tomatoes with spices. Stir in the macaroni, combine well, and pour into an oven-proof casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. box of Mueller's elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • about 1 quart of milk
  • salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain.

Grease a 2 quart baking dish generously with butter. Spoon in a layer of cooked elbows. Place 1/2 pats of butter evenly spaced over the top of this layer. Salt the top of the layer, and then top with a layer of cheese.

Starting with more macaroni, repeat layers several times, ending with a generous amount of cheese. Gently pour in milk just till it becomes barely visible below the final layer.

Bake or grill till golden brown on top, about one hour.

MACARONI LOAF

MACARONI LOAF
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, coarsely minced
  • 1 small onion, grated or finely chopped
  • 2-3 jalapeno rings, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar, American or Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
This recipe lends itself to simplified preparation in a food processor, but one is not required. If you have no food processor, use a hand grater to grate the cheese, onion, and bread crumbs.
There is no need to wash the food processor bowl between ingredient changes for this recipe.
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
Using the metal blade of the food processor, process fresh bread (with the crusts removed) to make 1 cup, about 4 or 5 slices.

Fit food processor with a grating disk. Grate the onion, then grate the cheese. Cheese grates more easily if frozen for 10 minutes (no longer).
Combine all ingredients (remove blade and mix right in the processor bowl using a rubber spatula).

Transfer mixture into a casserole or 9x5x3-inch loaf pan that has been wiped or sprayed with oil. Set the pan into a larger pan in the oven and fill the outer pan with two inches of water (or almost half-way up the side of the casserole dish).

Bake/grill at 375°F for 45 minutes or until set and lightly golden.

This makes an excellent side dish for meatloaf. The macaroni grill recipe is ready to serve with tomato sauce or mild salsa...nice one !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1pt Milk,
  • 50g butter,
  • 50g Plain Flour,
  • 200g Macaroni pasta,
  • 150g Cheddar cheese,
  • 50g Red leicester Cheese to top.

INSTRUCTIONS
Put water to boil, when boilt add pasta. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir to a roux (paste). Take the roux of the heat and gradually add milk stirring all the time so not to go lumpy. Put pan back on a high heat and stir until sauce has thickened. Remove once again from heat and add Cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese has melted. Drain Macaroni and put into a casserole dish. Pour the cheese sauce on top and sprinkle with the Red Leicester Cheese.
Place under a hot grill and wait until the cheese has turned brown.

TASTY MACARONI & CHEESE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Irish Potatoes, cubed
  • 2/3 cup Onions
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Salt, optional
  • 1 box Macaroni & Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook potatoes, 1/3 cup of onions, 1 tsp salt.
In a separate pot cook macaroni according to box with salt oregano and italian seasoning.
Mash potatoes with butter.
Combine the egg with milk.
Combine the cheese from macaroni box, along with the egg and milk mixture and some of the shredded cheese.
Combine the mashed potatoes.
Place into a baking dish and sprinkle left over cheese on top. Place in oven for 10 minutes @ 350 degrees. The macaroni grill recipe with cheese casserole is ready to serve...great taste !

Macaroni Grill Herbal Bread

The herbal bread could be made using herbs such as rosemary, oregano, thyme and so on.

Ingredients :
2 cups multipurpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water

INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve yeast, sugar in warm water and keep it aside to ferment. Once it is fermented, add flour, butter, salt, and rosemary and knead well to make the dough. Oil a flat-bottomed bowl and place the dough and cover it with a towel for five minutes.
Once more knead the dough for a couple of minutes. Divide the dough into two equal halves. Butter a round baking tray, place the dough in it. Keep it for 45 minutes. The size of dough would have doubled by now.
Heat the oven to 375 degree F and bake it for 20 minutes and the macaroni grill recipe is ready to serve. Enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ - 1 ounce roasted garlic
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
Other than olive oil and lemon juice, put remaining ingredients in a blender and make a paste. The garlic should be properly crushed. Now add olive oil and lemon juice and blend till it is mixed well. Transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate. The macaroni grill recipe is ready to serve....enjoy it !

Macaroni Grill Chicken Cannelloni







Macaroni Grill Chicken Cannelloni...a great macaroni grill recipe to try...nice one !

INGREDIENTS
Cannelloni Filling:
  • 8 ounces chicken breast (about 2), cooked thoroughly
  • 1 ounce fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 16 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon table-ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 lasagna pasta sheets, approximate size of 5 x 6 inches

Cannelloni Sauce:
  • 16 ounces Asiago cream sauce, or your favorite Alfredo sauce
  • 16 ounces Macaroni Grill tomato sauce, or your favorite tomato-based pasta sauce
  • 3 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS
Once the chicken breast has been cooked thoroughly, allow it to cool to an internal temperature of 45 degrees F.

Dice the cooled chicken breast into 1/2-inch pieces and place into a large mixing bowl. Add spinach, tomatoes, ricotta, mozzarella, pepper and salt, and mix thoroughly.

Arrange precooked pasta sheets on a cutting board and place two or three rounded tablespoons of filling mixture down the center of each pasta sheet and carefully roll pasta around filling in a cigar fashion. Place the rolled cannelloni, side by side, into an ovenproof shallow baking dish. Place Asiago sauce (or Alfredo sauce) and tomato sauce in bowl and mix until well incorporated. Pour sauce over cannelloni covering completely. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over top of sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Remove from oven and serve family style or on individual plates garnished with fresh diced tomatoes, and basil or Italian parsley. INGREDIENTS
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 ½ teaspoons dry yeast
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves (or 1 ½ teaspoons dried), divided
• 1 tablespoon olive oil or soft butter, plus additional to grease dough
• 1 ¼ cups (about) flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Kosher salt
• Vegetable oil spray

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the sugar into ¼ cup water. Microwave 30 seconds or until very warm (105 degrees), and stir to be sure sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle on the yeast and set aside for 5 minutes, until foamy.
Meantime, chop half the rosemary very fine, mix with additional ¼ cup water and microwave 1 minute or until water is very hot but not boiling. Let stand 5 minutes.
Place yeast mixture, rosemary mixture, olive oil, 1 cup flour and salt in food processor or bowl of mixer fitted with dough hook. Mix until a soft dough forms, adding flour if it's too sticky. Knead 5
minutes by machine or 10 minutes by hand, until smooth and elastic.
Form dough into a ball, rub all over with oil and cover with a towel. Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.Punch dough down and shape into a round loaf. Spray a cookie sheet with oil and place the dough in center. Sprinkle with the remaining rosemary, pressing lightly into surface. Let loaf rise again until double, about 35 minutes.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place cookie sheet with bread on middle rack. Place a pie pan of boiling water on rack beneath it. Bake about 20 minutes, until bread is lightly browned and sounds hollow when tapped.

Set bread on wire rack to cool. After 5 minutes, brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt if desired. Serve warm with olive oil mixed with cracked pepper, balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese for dipping. The macaroni grill recipe i s ready and makes 8 servings. Great taste ! Enjoy !

INGREDIENTS
  • 24 Jumbo shrimp; peeled and
  • 1 tb Shallots; minced
  • 3 c Sliced mushrooms; washed and
  • 1 tb Fresh garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tb Roasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 c Dry white wine
  • 6 Handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 c Cream
  • 6 c Cooked vermicelli pasta
  • 1/2 c Lemon juice; freshly
  • 4 tb Butter
  • 1/8 ts White pepper
  • 2 tb Fresh garlic; minced, up to
  • 1 lb Lightly salted butter; cut

LEMON BUTTER SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash spinach and remove stems before drying leaves between paper towels. Set aside. Spread pine nuts over bottom of sheet pan and place pan in oven on top rack. Roast until golden brown, approximately 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Peel and devein shrimp. Set aside. Wash and slice fresh mushrooms. Set aside. Boil pasta in large pot of water to al dente stage according to directions on package. Set Aside. Prepare lemon
butter sauce: Melt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saut? shallots and garlic until translucent. Add white wine and reduce slightly more than 1/2, whisking occasionally.

Add cream and reduce by 1/2. Add lemon juice and reduce by 1/2. Add white pepper. Reduce heat to low. Add remaining butter 2 tablespoons at a time, whisking continuously after each addition to completely incorporate butter. Continue to simmer, whisking until sauce just coats spoon. In large skillet over medium-high heat melt the 4 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and saut? until garlic is translucent. Stir in mushrooms, shrimp, and pine nuts. Saut? several minutes or until shrimp are done and show color. Remove skillet from heat and gently stir in spinach. Place warm pasta on plate with shrimp mixture to the side.
